Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

The same Liberal Democrats who blame the Bush policies for the economic crises defending the main cause of the downturn in 2004.

Mikel Holt, Liberal Hypocrite Of The Week?

MikeHomewebWPN is not trying to create a theme here but Mikel Holt from the Milwaukee Community Journal said to Charlie Sykes on his Sunday program, insight with Charlies Sykes, that there are a lot of gullible people out there. Holt was referring to the election results of the recent race for Senator in Massachusetts where Senator Elect Scott Brown a Republican defeated State Attorney General Martha Coakly, Democrat, for the open seat left by the death of Ted Kennedy.

What WPN finds hypocritical is that according to Mikel Holt, voters are "Stupid" and need to be told what is good for them. Holt agreed to this assessment by Sykes when he questioned him about what Holt meant when he said there are a lot of gullible people out there. Charlie seemed a little surprised when Holt said "yes" but moved on to another guest. So according to Mikel Holt, voters are smart and knowledgeable enough when they elect a first year Senator with the least amount of experience in the history of the US presidency but just plain stupid when they reject a Government take over of 1/6 of the American economy in Health Care, Tax Increases, Sweetheart Deals and Constitutional Rights for Foreign Terrorists.

We report you decide......

Let me just quote the first line in the good Madison doctor's article that you can read in full here (Wisconsin State Journal)

"I was riding home on my bicycle from my clinic on Madison's South Side recently when I passed an apparently stalled minivan at an intersection in a quiet residential neighborhood."

It's a good thing the Madison Doctor, Dipesh Navsaria, clarified that he rides a Bicycle and not a car when commuting to work.  He wouldn't want to anger any of the locals.

Dr. Navsaria went on to (comically in my opinion) describe his experience with someone who would dare question his education and training as it pertains to the H1N1 Flu vaccination.

Of course he admits that he did not actually try to engage her on this topic but just "mused on an odd aspect of the encounter" as he peddled home.

I wonder if he was just afraid that her argument would have been better than his.

Mikel Holt Predicts Scott Walker Victory

MikeHomewebOn Charlie Syke's Sunday Insight Mikel Holt, not known for supporting Conservative / Republican politicians, said that as of now he thinks Scott Walker will win Wisconsin's Governor race.  Citing one reason being that Democratic frontrunner and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett still has a lot of angry black constituents reeling about his decision to take over the Milwaukee School Board.

More to come...

Governor Doyle Modifies Wisconsin Covenant

Mark Belling is reporting that Governor Jim Doyle has modified his previous promise to pay for and guarantee college admission for all 8th graders in a Wisconsin University if they met certain requirements.  Belling is claiming that Doyle's promise was to every 8th grader who met the requirements which, if successful, would include tuition.  However, Belling is now pointing out that the initial requirements may not be enough, that only a select few will actually receive this grant and only for 2 years versus the 4 that Belling states was in the original agreement.

Belling states that it was a political stunt and that any school who participated was just plain stupid.
